Ingredients
- 125g Ballantyne Cultured Unsalted Butter
- 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 2 - 3 tablespoons chopped parsley, plus extra to garnish
- 450g medium prawns, shells removed, with tails attached and deveined
- Salt and pepper to taste
Ballantyne Garlic Prawns
Quick and easy to prepare, Ballantyne Garlic Prawns are perfect all year round.
Method
Step 1
Place the butter, dijon mustard, lemon juice, garlic and parsley in a shallow pan and heat gently until the butter melts completely.
Step 2
Add the prawns to the mixture, tossing to coat. Cook gently, stirring, for about 5 minutes, until the prawns are pink and opaque.
Step 3
Season to taste with salt and pepper and sprinkle with parsley.
Step 4
Serve with crusty bread.
