To celebrate the launch of Ballantyne Spreadable Lighter with Chia Oil, Ballantyne and The Chia Co. hosted an invite only cooking class run by Chef Kate McAloon – personal chef to Miranda Kerr.
Foodie bloggers from across Melbourne were invited to participate in the intimate cooking class held at The Neff Kitchen at the South Melbourne Market.
Throughout the two hour class, guests made and cooked two recipes to take home. Apple Crumble and Cacao and Coconut Energy Biscuits – both made with the chia spread.
The day was a huge success and an exciting way to launch such a unique product.
