Ballantyne showcases ingredients for success at Vietnam’s biggest food ingredients show

For the second year, Ballantyne will be attending FI Vietnam, the country’s biggest show of its type.

“Last year’s show was a great success from our point of view,” said Alan Chau, Ballantyne’s Regional General Manager, “so this year we will be broadening our activities and conducting a seminar as part of the program.”

The seminar, labelled “What can cheese powders do for you?” will provide information and advice about the advantages and use of Ballantyne’s extensive range of pure, natural cheese powders and introduce the audience to another benefit – Ballantyne’s support and technical resources.

“It’s a great opportunity to update customers on our range of innovative pure, natural products and the possibilities they bring,” Alan explained, “and Ballantyne’s support with formulation and processing can make a real difference in helping them create better products and generate sales and profits sooner.”

In addition to cheese powders, Ballantyne will present a wide range of innovative dairy products, all featuring the premium quality and natural ingredients demanded by discerning customers.

FI Vietnam will be held from 20-22 May 2015 in Ho Chi Minh City Saigon Exhibition and Convention Centre (SECC) and is open from 9am to 5pm daily.
