Ballantyne takes dairy innovation to Food Ingredients China 2015

Recognised by the Australian Federal and State Governments as one of the most important growth opportunities for dairy products, the Chinese market is also a focus for Ballantyne.

From April 1st to 3rd, the company will be showcasing a wide range of products at Food Ingredients China 2015 at Shanghai’s National Exhibition and Convention Center.

Now in its 18th year, the show is recognised as Asia’s most prestigious international food ingredients event and will feature over 1300 exhibitors, including over 300 from overseas, occupying some 100,000m2 of floor space.

“This is an excellent opportunity for us not only to support our existing agents and relationships, but also to develop new ones,” said Derek Luo, Regional General Manager, Ballantyne Foods.

“Another important aspect of events like this is receiving product feedback from our markets,” Mr Luo said, “this information guides our dairy innovation program, helping us to anticipate and meet market demands with new products and formulations.”
