New Improved Yogurt Powder and Yogurt Ice Cream powder
Ballantyne is happy to advise that their new improved yogurt powder is now available.
This new version has enhanced solubility and mouthfeel making it perfect for use in instant drinking yogurt as well as biscuit creams and confectionery. The flavour profile still includes the typical lactic notes of yoghurt.
It is packed in 15kg bags and the new product code is 28218.
A high acid version of this is also available - product code 28240.
