New Yoghurt powder European Style
Ballantyne is happy to advise that a new Yoghurt powder is now available to compliment our present Yoghurt Powder.
Yoghurt Powder European style is a Creamy Cultured yoghurt that exhibits strong acid, fruity and lactic flavours in the great tradition of continental European Yoghurts that is then spray dried to enable convenient handling and long shelf life.
The following applications have been developed:
Instant Yoghurt drinks
Instant Yoghurt smoothies/ stirred yoghurt
Instant Yoghurt mousse & Yoghurt dips
and are All available upon request.
Other applications available soon are currently being developed for use in ice cream, frosting, marinades and confectionary.
The product number is 28318 and it is available in 20 Kg Bags.
