The free range farming system in Australia and New Zealand allows Ballantyne to produce butter of the highest quality. Australian government regulations means that butter is packed under strict quality controlled conditions.
Our factory is ISO, GMP and HACCP accredited - more can be found on this in our 'Quality Assurance' page. An export permit issued by Australian authorities is required prior to the export of any of our butter products.
Our modern production facilities with 5 production lines enable us to provide the consumer with a complete range of packaging types and sizes. A new mini tub machine that will be installed shortly will bring us to the forefront in portion control manufacturing.
