Quality Assurance
Todays market demands quality and safety in the food products they purchase. Australian dairy products have a strong reputation for quality and value and Ballantyne products are no different. Strict government audited policies control the entire dairy making process from the health and welfare of the dairy cows to the collection and transport of the raw milk to the processing factories.
Ballantynes quality program includes ISO, GMP and HACCP. The factory is approved as an export facility by the Australian Quarantine Inspection Service and is also licensed by Dairy Food Safety Victoria.
Health Certificates are required for all export shipments. This certification is provided by Australian authorities and guarantees the quality of the product.
Our QA program includes;
1. ISO based continuous improvement and Food Safety program 2. Stringent raw material control & testing for sensory and micro 3. Finished product testing including online verification, micro and sensory tests 4. Established 'Product Standards' system to ensure meet specifications and do not vary.
